Latest $BTC Market Update: Bearish momentum halved, but rebound peak is basically confirmed! (1) The probability of the CLARITY Act passing on Polymarket has dropped to about 34.5%, far below the peak of 82% at the beginning of the year. Funds are flowing out of the crypto market and into AI stocks, with macro headwinds continuing to suppress risk appetite. (2) The current pullback is accompanied by a significant reduction in volume, with bearish momentum on the 4-hour chart dropping by about half, indicating that bears are not actively dumping. However, prices are still declining. This suggests that the drop is more due to bulls retreating and taking profits rather than aggressive selling by bears. (3) A divergence between volume and price is emerging on the daily chart, with major volume present but prices continuing to fall. Spot demand indicators have declined, and the market is being driven by derivatives rather than supported by spot buying. (4) The Israel-Iran conflict has caused oil prices to surge near $100. ETFs have seen net inflows of approximately $818 million over the past six days, but spot demand remains weak. While liquidity is improving, on-chain demand has not caught up. The probability of the CLARITY Act passing is only 34.5%, limiting upward potential. (5) A short-term bearish pattern is emerging, with the peak of this rebound likely around 66,900. If there’s another rebound to 66,500 and bullish momentum weakens again, it could be a good opportunity to short. (6) The probability of continued wide-range price fluctuations in the near term is relatively high. The bear market is still here, though it’s entering its late stage. This doesn’t mean a bull market will start immediately. #Crypto #BTC #MarketUpdate #Trading #CryptoNews
