SAUDI SHIFTS OIL BACK TO PERSIAN GULF Saudi Arabia is sharply increasing oil loadings from Persian Gulf ports as Houthi threats disrupt its Red Sea export route. Around 7 million barrels of shipping capacity was loading at Ras Tanura on Tuesday. Despite the shift, Saudi exports remain below prewar levels, while shipments from storage facilities in Egypt have surged to about 2.1 million barrels per day in August.(*Walter Bloomberg)
