Beijing Yizhuang Releases the Nation's First AI4Chip Special Policy

According to a report by Jinse Finance, on August 24, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (referred to as "Beijing ETDA," also known as "Beijing Yizhuang") officially released the *"AI4Chip Artificial Intelligence Empowering Integrated Circuit Industry Leapfrog Development Action Plan (2026–2028)"* (referred to as "AI4Chip 20 Measures"). As the nation's first AI4Chip special policy, the "AI4Chip 20 Measures" focuses on five key actions: AI-native full-chain empowerment, "AI+Smart Design" for chip innovation, "AI+Manufacturing and Testing" for chip building, "AI+Equipment and Materials" for chip strengthening, and "AI+Industry Ecosystem" for chip cultivation.
