GMTrade announced today its intention to acquire the Solana perpetual contract trading platform Flash Trade and plans to airdrop GT Points to FAF holders and Flash Trade liquidity providers (LP). The exact snapshot date is yet to be determined. Previously, Flash Trade stated that if a suitable buyer could not be found, the platform would gradually cease operations, and proceeds from the sale would be proportionally distributed to FAF holders, with the team not participating in the distribution.
