[Over 5 Billion Yuan Raised in Half a Year, Mianbi Intelligence Initiates A-Share IPO Guidance]
According to monitoring by Dongcha Beating, Mianbi Intelligence has officially initiated A-share IPO guidance, with CITIC Securities serving as the advisory institution. Filing materials indicate that the company currently has no controlling shareholder, with its largest shareholder, Beijing Qingyu Qihang, holding a 16.45% stake. The company is still in the IPO guidance phase and has not yet entered the application process.
Mianbi Intelligence focuses on edge-side large models, which involve deploying large models directly on devices such as smartphones, cars, PCs, and robots for local operation. Its core product is the MiniCPM series, whose open-source models have been downloaded over 38 million times and are already integrated into mass-produced models from automakers such as Changan, SAIC, and Geely.
In the first quarter of this year, Mianbi Intelligence completed two consecutive rounds of financing, totaling over 1 billion yuan. After completing a new round of financing in July, the company’s total financing for the first half of the year exceeded 5 billion yuan, with a valuation surpassing 20 billion yuan, making it the highest publicly valued unicorn in the edge-side intelligence sector.
In June, the Shanghai Stock Exchange adjusted the fifth set of listing standards for the STAR Market, allowing eligible AI large model enterprises to apply. Mianbi Intelligence has not disclosed the intended listing segment in its filing, so it is currently unclear whether it will follow this set of standards. [Original Link]
