[Galaxy Research Director Accuses Gambling Platform (((Duel.com))) of Refusing to Freeze Stolen Funds from Coldcard Victim]
Galaxy Research Director Alex Thorn posted on Twitter accusing the overseas casino (((Duel.com))) of inaction. He stated that a victim holding a Coldcard hardware wallet with nearly 30 BTC had approximately 17 BTC stolen, which was split by hackers, exchanged into ETH via THORChain, and ultimately deposited into the (((Duel.com))) casino. The victim and the research team have sent emails to all known addresses of (((Duel.com))), providing full transaction and deposit details and requesting the funds to be frozen. However, the platform responded by stating that the victim should have law enforcement contact them, despite the platform's anti-money laundering policy claiming it enforces KYC and complies with relevant laws.
