NewGen Increases Stake in K25.ai to 13%, Valuation Rises to $250 Million

According to GLOBE NEWSWIRE, NewGenIVF Group (NASDAQ: NIVF) has signed an agreement to acquire an additional 3% stake in K25.ai at a valuation of $250 million, increasing its ownership from 10% to 13%. The transaction is valued at approximately $7.5 million, with NewGen planning to issue around 2.5 million Class A common shares as partial payment. Following the issuance, the company's total outstanding shares will increase to approximately 5.9 million, with its market capitalization expected to exceed $5 million, helping it meet Nasdaq's listing market cap requirements. Based on the latest valuation, NewGen's previous $10 million investment in K25.ai now corresponds to an approximate book value of $25 million. K25.ai is an AI-native live streaming and information marketplace platform that recently completed community testing and is accelerating its expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
