Today I finished reading an AI research report

After reading it, I felt very scared and worried

#AI is accelerating the creation of a huge gap

Each square in the chart represents 3.2 million people

The entire chart encompasses 8.1 billion humans

84% have never used AI, about 6.8 billion people

16% have used free chatbots

0.3% will pay $20 per month for AI

0.04% have used programming products like Claude code, Cursor

This is a huge business for those AI companies

But for some people

they might be flung away from the world at a centrifugal speed

I wonder what the world will become

On one hand, I seem very excited

Feeling like the whimsical ideas bouncing around from an Aquarius intj seem to have welcomed

an era of creating things with bare hands

On the other hand, I wonder if one day

a brutal era will suddenly descend

But anyways

this morning a line from the Diamond Sutra popped into my head

"All conditioned things are like a dream, an illusion, a bubble, a shadow; as fleeting as a lightning flash, should one view them like that."

As an ordinary person

all I can do is to live well in the present

There are no definite rules or unchanging causes and conditions

Learn, live, love myself, cherish those I love
