Ethereum is currently in a narrow channel of the 1-hour Bollinger Bands. Yesterday's market formed a low-level fluctuation after dipping below 2900. The upper side still faces the first resistance at the middle track of the 4-hour chart, with MA and MA180 as the second crossover resistance, which can serve as a good entry point for short positions. On the downside, we can first look at the lower track's convergence. The MACD's fast and slow lines on the 4-hour level are experiencing convergence, but the bulls have not shown strong volume. The KDJ and RSI are showing weak upward turning patterns at low levels. Lihui believes there is some short-term rebound space, but it won't be much; the market is likely to dip again near the 4-hour lower track position. It is recommended to pay attention to the crossover resistance of MA15 and MA180 for continued short entries!
Moreover, as the daily candlestick is about to close, it is estimated that forming a bullish pattern may be quite difficult. The MACD is shrinking near the 0-axis, with the fast and slow lines forming a death cross.
