Transak USA LLC announces it has secured Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs) in Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Vermont, bringing its U.S. licensing total to 11 states and strengthening its regulated stablecoin payment infrastructure; the company said the approvals were announced on Nov. 11, 2025. Transak already operates in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Missouri and the newly added states, and serves over 450 integrated partners globally from offices including Miami and London.

The licenses allow Transak to offer direct, jurisdiction‑compliant fiat‑to‑stablecoin and stablecoin‑to‑fiat services in these states, improving transaction success rates, economics and speed while supporting fintechs, wallets and enterprises’ on/off‑ramp needs; the firm highlights recent product advances including wire USD on‑ramps, planned ACH support and expanded stablecoin support (USDC, RLUSD, USDG). Transak says additional MTL applications are in progress and availability is subject to state regulatory terms.
