In the 1-hour chart of Ethereum, we can see that after reaching a high of 2525 during the day, the candlestick formed an upper shadow pin again, which is just at the intersection of the MA450 and MA380 pressure zone. The evening market has followed the expected correction, currently dipping below the MA220 and lower band, intending to continue downward. In the short term, we need to see if the MA180 and MA120 zones can provide support. The current level's fast and slow lines have formed a death cross and are expanding, with the fast line about to enter below the 0 axis. The KDJ three lines at the bottom have failed to converge, showing weakness in the turn, and the RSI three lines have also failed to rise again, moving downward. We need to pay attention to the strong turn after entering the oversold zone in the short term. It is recommended to gradually reduce positions for high shorts and continue to monitor whether the MA120 can provide effective support.
In the 4-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands have expanded upward and then contracted again. The daily candlestick is just at the MA120 and MA300 positions forming a pullback. Currently, it has broken below the middle band and the MA220 support node. The next support node to watch is whether the lower band can strongly break through the MA380 and MA30 intersection support zone. If the death cross forms effectively, then the MA380 and MA30 intersection support zone will definitely not hold. If a short-term rebound opportunity arises, it is still recommended to primarily enter high shorts, focusing on the upper band position in the 4-hour chart. Why choose high shorts as the main strategy? Because the daily golden cross has not yet formed, there is always a risk of divergence. If a golden cross forms, then low longs can become the main layout strategy.
