The homework today is not easy to write. If we only talk about the price trend of $BTC, this trend is behind the destruction brought by war. When the war started, the market was in a tense state, whether it was Tehran being attacked or Iran attacking Dubai and Abu Dhabi, or even blockading the Strait of Hormuz. The impact of this is first a worry about extremely unstable political situations, and secondly a concern about rising oil prices and inflation.

Although saying that we hope for world peace is not very meaningful, I still hope that friends currently in war zones can pay attention to their safety. War may be inevitable, but what should be condemned is the collateral damage to civilians. While doing my homework, I saw the news that Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei has died, and his body has been found. Many media outlets are reporting this. If it's true, the war might come to an end here. This might also be the reason for the rebound of $BTC.

Since Trump took office, I have noticed that he really likes to stir things up on weekends, perhaps thinking that the damage to the US stock market is minimal. But for the 7x24 hour working cryptocurrency market, this is sheer folly. In the future, if I hear that something will happen on a weekday, I might try shorting risk assets and going long on gold over the weekend.

Looking back at Bitcoin's data, the turnover rate actually increased over the weekend, but the change in trading volume is not significant, indicating that a small portion of investors have panic-sold, mainly due to geopolitical conflicts. Currently, even though Khamenei may have died, the negotiations between the US and Iran are not yet completely finished. Hopefully, the war can end here.

After all, today is still the weekend, and liquidity is quite poor, which means the volatility may not be completely over. We still need to see how the opening on Monday goes; one is the CME opening to observe the reaction of Asian investors, and the other is the US stock market opening to see the reaction of American investors. Tomorrow is Sunday; hopefully, it will calm down a bit.
