[BUIDL Asset Scale Reaches $2.8 Billion, Reclaims Title as Largest Tokenized U.S. Treasury Product]
Odaily Planet Daily reports that the asset scale of BlackRock's BUIDL fund has rebounded to approximately $2.8 billion, surpassing Circle's USYC to once again become the largest tokenized U.S. Treasury product. BUIDL accounts for about 18.5% of the $15.1 billion tokenized U.S. Treasury market. Launched in March 2024, BUIDL is managed by blockchain asset services company Securitize and currently spans eight blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Aptos, and BNB Chain. Each token has a target net value of $1 and accumulates daily returns through a rebalancing mechanism. BUIDL was previously overtaken by USYC in March 2026 but regained the top spot at the end of August. Its underlying assets include cash, short-term U.S. Treasuries, and repurchase agreements. Earlier this year, Moody's awarded the fund an AAA-mf rating. (Bitcoin.com News)
