US Media: ChangXin Memory Begins Small-Scale Production of HBM3E

Golden Finance reports, according to The Information, ChangXin Memory has started small-scale production of advanced high-bandwidth memory (HBM). According to two insiders, ChangXin Memory is producing HBM3E—an advanced type of high-bandwidth memory used in many of today’s leading AI processors. This means its products are currently only one generation behind the mass-produced memory from world-leading manufacturers such as Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron Technology. Reportedly, ChangXin Memory plans to expand production by 2027. (Jin10)
