[Truth Social ETF Manager Yorkville Plans to Launch Over a Dozen ETFs Covering Themes Like Digital Economy and Macro Strategies] According to Deep Tide TechFlow on August 31, Reuters reported that Yorkville America, the asset management company responsible for managing the Truth Social-branded ETFs under Trump, is nearing the completion of an acquisition deal. The company plans to expand its product line further by acquiring an institutional asset management firm, with the transaction expected to be finalized in September. Yorkville CEO Steve Neamtz stated that this acquisition will be a significant step in the company’s strategic expansion, driving its business from the current product line focused on "America First"-themed ETFs to a broader digital asset management domain. Neamtz added that this marks Yorkville's first foray into the digital asset and cryptocurrency product space. The company has already submitted applications and plans to launch approximately 12 additional ETFs in the coming weeks to months, covering themes such as the digital economy and macro strategies. Meanwhile, Yorkville also disclosed the launch of the MANGOS Plus Index ETF, which will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NYSE Texas. This is Yorkville's first ETF not managed under the Truth Social brand, primarily betting on popular companies within the AI industry chain. The index tracked by this ETF includes companies such as Meta, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Alphabet, OpenAI, and SpaceX, as well as AI-related stocks like Micron and SanDisk.
