This year, oil has been fluctuating between 70–110. Every time the U.S. strikes Iran, oil prices go up. Every time U.S.-Iran negotiations succeed, oil prices drop. So every time oil drops to around 70, I buy the dip, and when it rises to around 100 or above, I sell.
