So, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is at its lowest since 1983. Biden drew it down during Ukraine, Trump drew it down again during the Iran war. The fix is Venezuelan oil, which Venezuela is gifting the US, 8 months after the US removed their president. Quite the chain of events.(Lark Davis)
