[realtrumpcoins: Has never launched or authorized any digital tokens, currently cooperating with authorities to investigate related incidents]
Foresight News reports that realtrumpcoins issued a statement declaring that the claims about Trump Coins launching, promoting, or authorizing the issuance of digital tokens are 'completely false,' and that such information stems from malicious actions by third parties. The statement emphasized that Trump Coins has never authorized any digital tokens and will not launch, promote, or authorize any digital tokens in the future. They are currently cooperating with relevant law enforcement agencies to investigate the matter and seek accountability for those involved.
Earlier reports indicated that the meme coin GOLD was created on Solana at 7:38 yesterday. The related address controlled over 82% of the tokens through token allocation and post-launch purchases. Around 9:00, the Trump merchandise affiliate account @realtrumpcoins1 posted a tweet containing the GOLD contract address, causing the token's market cap to surge to $66 million. At approximately 11:48, the tweet was deleted, and the related address began to sell off the tokens in large quantities. Within about 30 seconds, GOLD's market cap plummeted from $55 million to $1 million. Subsequently, the perpetrators of the scam continued to liquidate their holdings, eventually selling all their tokens and profiting approximately 9,784.6 SOL (around $1.01 million).
