Genius Group Announces $1.2 Billion Capital Plan, Aims to Expand AI and Bitcoin Treasury

Genius Group has announced a $1.2 billion capital plan, aiming to expand its dual AI and Bitcoin treasury through the issuance of perpetual preferred securities. The company plans to increase its total assets to $2 billion by the fiscal year 2031. The initial phase of fundraising is set at $12.5 million, with funds allocated to the AI treasury, Bitcoin treasury, and USD reserves. Genius Group's AI treasury has already invested in companies such as SpaceX, Anthropic, and OpenAI. The company plans to resume Bitcoin purchases in the fourth quarter of 2026.
