Woke up and realized it was sideways... Looking back at that dip to 77k, it still feels like a really strange move in hindsight. A few points: 1) From the volume perspective, there was indeed a volume spike around 77k on the 1- or 2-minute chart (Pic 1). But if you look at the rate of change, there wasn’t that final burst of acceleration. The pace stayed relatively moderate throughout (Pic 2). It felt like it slowly dipped to that level, then gradually reversed upward... A bit unusual. 2) The liquidation at 77k was only about $22 million, which is just around 300 BTC in size. Not as high as one might expect. Logically, breaking 77.6k should’ve been a mid-level breakdown. Such a small liquidation volume was unexpected. Coupled with the order book withdrawals I saw at 77k last night... it all feels a bit out of the ordinary. --------- On the funding side, yesterday’s flows were impacted by Walsh’s speech. After the ETF opened yesterday, the latter half of the session saw direct outflows. By the end of the day, there was a net outflow of $200 million. --------- As for yesterday’s two POC ranges... the upper one held the first wave, and the lower one held the second wave. Now it’s consolidating sideways here, and there’s still no clear direction. Let’s observe for now. If it can push up to the 76k+ order block, that might be a decent low-buy opportunity. Worth waiting for.
