The real test for a team is what happens after a problem arises: Can they quickly identify the issue, control the damage, fix the vulnerability, and are they willing to transparently share the results with the community? This time, the Cosmos EVM vulnerability didn’t just affect a single project. The way @KiiChainio handled it gave me a few key takeaways: → The network has resumed normal block production → No user funds were lost → Most of the related tokens have been recovered → The vulnerability was patched, and the on-chain state was re-verified before resuming operations I initially followed KiiChain because of its work on Onchain FX, cross-border payments, and settlement in emerging markets. But for infrastructure that truly aims to support financial services, the ability to recover from security incidents is just as important as TPS or product features. Having issues isn’t scary—how you solve them is the real stress test. Back to building.
