Gate CFD API Update: Removal of the mt5_uid Field in Certain Endpoints

To further optimize the response structure of CFD-related APIs, Gate will remove the `mt5_uid` field from the responses of certain endpoints in CFD APIv4. After the removal, the aforementioned endpoints will no longer return this field. Relevant developers are advised to complete the necessary adaptations promptly to avoid any impact on business parsing due to the absence of this field. 1. Affected Endpoints: - POST /tradfi/users (Activate CFD User) - GET /tradfi/users/mt5-account (Query MT5 Account Information) - GET /tradfi/users/assets (Query Asset Information) 2.
