[Marvell Chairman: Expected Revenue of $12 Billion in Fiscal Year 2027, 50% Growth Again in Fiscal Year 2028] Odaily Planet Daily News – Marvell (MRVL) announced its fiscal year 2027 second-quarter earnings report earlier this morning after the U.S. stock market closed. The report shows that Marvell achieved a record revenue of $2.73 billion in Q2, exceeding the market expectation of $2.71 billion; adjusted earnings per share reached $0.94, higher than the market expectation of $0.93; gross margin was 58.9%, surpassing the market expectation of 58.8%. Marvell Chairman and CEO Matt Murphy stated during the earnings call that revenue growth in the second half of the year will accelerate further, with the midpoint of third-quarter revenue expected to be approximately $3.15 billion, representing a 15% quarter-over-quarter increase and over 50% year-over-year growth. He also projected that overall revenue for fiscal year 2027 will grow approximately 45% year-over-year to around $12 billion, and fiscal year 2028 revenue will grow another 50% year-over-year, exceeding the previous forecast of 45%.
