According to a report by Nikkei, SBI Holdings is set to invest $270 million (approximately 43 billion yen) in Indonesian online brokerage Ajaib Group as early as this month, acquiring a 20% stake. Ajaib is expected to become an equity-method affiliate of SBI. Ajaib focuses on online securities as its core business, with divisions covering forex margin trading, crypto assets, and asset management.
