Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on August 28, according to Jinshi Data, Anthropic plans to publicly release its IPO prospectus by the end of September and will offer 10,000 Claude subscription slots to scientists worldwide. Insiders revealed that Meta had internally predicted it might invest up to $10 billion in Anthropic's AI models this year. Additionally, Anthropic is considering collaborating with Matx to accelerate the AI chip design process. In cloud computing, Alibaba Cloud announced a price reduction for the Qwen3.8-Flash model billing rate starting at 12:00 PM on August 27. In the semiconductor sector, SK Hynix has begun construction on a $4 billion advanced memory packaging plant in Indiana, USA, while Kioxia and SanDisk plan to invest $31 billion in expanding their memory factory in Japan. Meanwhile, SMIC's net profit for the first half of the year reached 4.467 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 94.2%.
