On August 26, the Aoni AI Computing Power Edge-Cloud Collaborative Innovation Forum was held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). During the forum, the group standard "General Technical Specifications for Edge-Side Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Workstations" (T/AIIA 023—2026), proposed by Aoni Electronics (301189) and overseen by the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, was officially released. This is the first domestic group standard targeting edge-side AI computing power workstations, and it will take effect on September 1. It is understood that the edge-side AI computing power equipment industry has long faced challenges such as inconsistent benchmarks, unclear product classifications, and a lack of evaluation criteria, which have hindered the establishment of technical consensus for local large models and AI agent hardware carriers. The newly released standard, developed in strict accordance with GB/T 1.1 requirements, categorizes edge-side AI computing power workstations into three levels: consumer-grade, professional-grade, and enterprise-grade. It covers technical requirements such as inference performance, AI agent runtime environments, offline availability, information security, compatibility, and environmental reliability, along with comprehensive testing and inspection methods. Specifically, the standard defines hard metrics such as computing power, memory, storage, and supported model parameter quantities. It also standardizes inference performance testing methods and parameters, including first-token latency, throughput, test models, inference engines, and test parameters. Industry experts believe that this standard provides a unified technical benchmark for edge-side AI computing power workstations, offering a technical foundation for product testing, model selection, procurement, and quality evaluation. It is expected to promote the standardization and high-quality development of the industry. (Securities Times)
