[CZ: Many people want to buy U.S. stocks or A-shares but can't, as they are unable to open accounts] Odaily Planet Daily News – Binance founder CZ stated during a closed-door sharing session in Hong Kong: 'Many people want to buy U.S. stocks or A-shares but can't, as they are unable to open accounts. Most companies, after issuing stocks, often target only domestic investors. However, the reality is that it is extremely difficult for investors to open cross-border accounts.' Using the Southeast Asian market as an example, CZ explained that apart from China and the United States, most countries lack strong stock exchanges. 'The entire Philippine Stock Exchange has a daily trading volume of $50 million, which is roughly equivalent to the daily trading volume of a single trader in New York.' In such markets, companies can only seek to list in places like Hong Kong. However, 'after going on-chain, you can trade with people globally.'
