Foresight News reports that Kostas Kryptos, co-founder of the Sui development team Mysten Labs, tweeted that Havenex is conducting Series A financing and is nearing completion. All necessary license applications, along with some additional ones, have already been submitted, and the funding allocation is almost finalized. Havenex is positioned as an infrastructure provider for financial institutions, enabling them to offer digital assets and traditional financial assets to clients while meeting regulatory, custodial, security, and transparency requirements. Havenex plans to support multi-chain architecture, verifiable custody, continuous solvency proof, default multi-signature, quantum-resistant keys, hardware-based two-factor authentication wallets, as well as self-custody and key loss protection mechanisms. In regions where regulations permit, it will also support privacy assets and RWA (Real World Assets). The project intends to utilize Sui technology in appropriate scenarios while integrating assets, cross-chain protocols, and foundational components from other ecosystems. It aims to establish transparency and security standards distinct from those of FTX and Mt. Gox, and to mitigate severe vulnerabilities caused by code generated by large language models in recent times.
