CME CEO: Hyperliquid is driving the U.S. market towards 24/7 trading On August 20, CME CEO Terry Duffy stated at the CFTC meeting that CME aims to launch a 24/7 oil trading market in the U.S., as decentralized finance platforms have already started impacting traditional finance. He pointed out that even though these markets are not legal for U.S. participants, users may still access them via VPNs, and traditional financial markets are already feeling the effects.
