If an agreement is reached, it could become the first significant revenue-sharing deal between a Chinese artificial intelligence company and major U.S. cloud computing firms. Insiders stated that Dark Side of the Moon is seeking up to a 30% share of revenue generated from K3-related services on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud, which aligns with the terms the startup has proposed to large clients using its open-weight models. Insiders also revealed that Dark Side of the Moon has already signed similar agreements with some smaller cloud platforms.
