Earlier this year, the company had already completed a $5.5 million Series A round, bringing the total funding for this round to $15.5 million. Ringg initially started with text-to-speech technology and has now shifted to providing AI intelligent agent services for enterprises. Its clients include Cred, Flipkart, Practo, Groww, and PolicyBazaar. Ringg's voice AI has been integrated into approximately 1,200 clinics under Practo, used for patient appointment scheduling and post-treatment follow-ups.
