Thailand's SEC advanced the framework for spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs to the draft stage on August 24 and opened it for public consultation. This process is pretty similar to what the U.S. did back then, which means it’s definitely going to pass later. When that happens, it’ll attract another wave of new funds into the market.
