NEW: Binance has hired two senior compliance officers, Antonio Alvarez and Duncan DeVille, both formerly of Crypto[.]com, Bloomberg reports. The hires come as Binance continues to face scrutiny over its compliance practices following the DOJ’s 2023 charges related to an ineffective anti-money-laundering program.
