According to a report by Jinse Finance, on August 25, amidst escalating sanctions on Iran, the U.S. government announced on the 24th a reward of up to $10 million for information on senior Iranian military officials, including the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Ahmad Vahidi. According to information published on the U.S. State Department's website, the reward targets a total of five individuals, including Vahidi, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Ali Abdollahi, and Commander of the Revolutionary Guard Drone Command Saeed Aghajani, among others.
