WuShuo has learned that the latest 8-K filing from Rumble, supported by Tether, reveals that the company’s subsidiary has signed a 6-year GPU service agreement with an undisclosed U.S. cloud client, with a total order value of approximately $13.7 billion. The GPU services will be delivered in three phases through the data center currently under development in Maysville, Georgia, with the delivery date for the third phase still requiring client approval. As part of the agreement, Rumble will grant the client up to approximately 50.81 million common stock warrants, with an exercise price of $0.01 per share. Rumble stated that fulfilling this agreement will require significant capital investment, and the necessary financing for construction and GPU procurement has not yet been secured. https://(wublock123.com)/news/rumble-13-7b-gpu-service-deal-needs-more-funding-67112
