According to the agreement, Gemini's subsidiary, Gemini Titan, will become the exclusive CFTC-regulated trading venue for Apex Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) to distribute crypto event contracts. Gemini will handle trade execution and clearing, enabling brokerages connected to Apex to offer related products to their clients without needing to directly connect to prediction market exchanges. Gemini Titan obtained its CFTC Designated Contract Market (DCM) license in December 2025, and in April this year, Gemini Olympus secured a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) license.
