Gate officially launches Japanese stock trading, with around 300 Japanese stocks supported in the first batch.
Gate just announced the official launch of Japanese stock trading, initially supporting approximately 300 stocks listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. These include major Japanese companies like Toyota Motor, Sony Group, SoftBank Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial, Nintendo, and Tokyo Electron.
Gate's Japanese stock trading still uses USDT for settlement, with stock prices, portfolio value, and profit/loss displayed in Japanese yen. Trading hours follow the Japanese stock market schedule: 8:00–10:30 AM and 11:30 AM–2:25 PM Beijing time.
With the addition of Japanese stocks this time, Gate now supports over 10,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs, more than 1,500 Hong Kong stocks, over 1,000 Korean stocks, and around 300 Japanese stocks—totaling over 12,800 stocks and ETFs.
Now, users can directly trade U.S., Hong Kong, Korean, and Japanese stocks all within one Gate account, with all settlements conducted via USDT.
