**[Cursor Forgot to Disable Source Map: Grok Bot Exposed by Netizens]**
Breaking AI News from Dongcha: When Cursor released Grok Bot 0.18.0, they accidentally included the Source Map used for restoring and debugging code in the official version. Developer Bennett discovered this and reconstructed a significant portion of the core runtime code into readable TypeScript. However, this is not the complete source code of Grok Bot. While the core operational logic could be restored, the original source code for the front-end interface was not leaked.
What is now publicly available on GitHub is a version reconstructed by Bennett based on the code and debugging information from the official installation package. Bennett even went a step further and modified the reconstructed version into a functional, customized Grok Bot. The backend inference can now switch between Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and OpenRouter, and Cursor's remote sandbox can also be replaced with a local Docker setup.
