Hsin-Ju stated that during her tenure, she was required to continue working despite a medical emergency and was threatened by the company that if she resigned before completing an event, she would be blacklisted in the industry. After the incident, she accused the company of mishandling her health insurance following her resignation and exerting continued pressure during legal negotiations. She has since dismissed her lawyer and expressed that she would rather forgo settlement money than keep the matter private.
