[South Korea's Crypto Market Institutionalization Accelerates: 5 Major Exchanges Have 6,590 Corporate Accounts, Bithumb Accounts for Nearly Half] According to Yonhap News Agency, the Financial Supervisory Service of South Korea submitted data to the National Assembly's Political Affairs Committee today, revealing that as of the end of July, the five major virtual asset exchanges in South Korea (Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Digital Asset Exchange, Gopax) had registered a total of 6,590 corporate accounts: 1. In terms of distribution across exchanges, Bithumb had the highest number of registered corporate accounts, totaling 3,280; Upbit's operator Dunamu had 2,086 accounts under its umbrella. Together, the two major exchanges accounted for 5,366 corporate accounts, making up 81.4% of the total. Additionally, Korbit had 620 accounts, Coinone had 539 accounts, and Gopax had 65 accounts.
