The funds will be used for hunger relief, global health, humanitarian aid, as well as initiatives supporting children and families. The Giving Block was founded in 2018 and acquired by payment company Shift4 in 2022. By 2025, cryptocurrency donations processed through its platform are expected to exceed $100 million.
