The proposed ETF would align its structure more closely with a spot ETF and become the first ETF in the U.S. to directly track this privacy-focused asset. In the latest amendment, the trust fund will be renamed Zcash ETF, with a sponsor fee set at 2.5% annually. The ETF will be listed on the NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol ZCH. BNY Mellon will serve as the transfer agent, and Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC will act as the custodian.
