This week, @SECGov issued its Regulation Crypto Assets proposing release, first outlined by @SECPaulSAtkins during his keynote speech at our DC Blockchain Summit. We were pleased to see that the proposed rules incorporated a number of recommendations we made in our 2025 Crypto Task Force RFI comment letters, which are cited 17 times.
