Tenet is built on Moonshot's Kimi K3 foundation and has been post-trained by Harvey and Fireworks AI using public legal data, synthetic data, and lawyer-annotated data. On the LAB test set, the all-pass rate improved by 82% compared to the base model, with a 22% improvement on LAB Contracts, ranking first in LAB Contracts and second in LAB overall.
