After the Arbitrum governance vote, the ArbOS 61 'Elara' upgrade has been activated, introducing optional protocol-level transaction filtering, priority fee support, and alternative data availability interfaces for dedicated chains. The upgrade also increases the Stylus contract code size limit from 24 KB to 96 KB. Compliance filtering is disabled by default, and dedicated chain owners can choose compliance providers and enable the feature. Arbitrum One and Nova have not enabled this yet. The priority fee feature for Arbitrum One still requires a separate DAO vote, and the base fee management range has been adjusted to 0.01 to 0.10 gwei. (The Defiant)
