[Franklin Templeton Receives First U.S. Regulatory Approval to Incorporate Tokenized Assets into Traditional Funds] According to Deep Tide TechFlow on August 21, Bloomberg reported that Franklin Templeton announced plans to introduce tokenized assets into traditional investment funds, stating that it has received the first U.S. regulatory approval allowing digital-native products to be used in traditional funds. Based on a letter disclosed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company plans to integrate its tokenized money market fund as holdings or collateral within ETF and mutual fund products.
