**[Binance Launches Agent OS to Enable AI Agents to Execute Trades via MCP and More]**
BlockBeats News, August 21 — Binance announced yesterday the launch of its developer platform, Binance Agent OS, which integrates Binance API, Wallet Agentic Hub, Binance x402, Skill Hub, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) into a unified agent-based crypto ecosystem. This platform provides the infrastructure for developers to build AI-driven trading, wallet, and on-chain applications.
As part of Agent OS, Binance has simultaneously introduced the Binance MCP Server, offering a standardized tool connection layer for compatible AI applications. Currently, it supports AI agents such as Claude Code, Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and VS Code. With user authorization, eligible accounts, and regional support, AI agents can use MCP to access market data, check balances and holdings, and execute certain Spot, Margin, Convert, USDⓈ-M Futures, and COIN-M Futures trades, as well as perform internal fund transfers within Agentic sub-accounts.
Binance emphasized that MCP integration does not provide withdrawal permissions, and AI agents cannot use this service to transfer funds to external addresses. Such permissions must be granted through a separate Agentic sub-account, which is isolated from the main account.
Binance stated that Agent OS aims to reduce fragmented integration between AI agents and crypto infrastructure. As AI agents evolve from information generation to tasks like search, coordination, and autonomous trade execution, Binance seeks to provide infrastructure for Agentic Crypto applications through a unified tool and permission system.
The Binance MCP Server is now available for use. Users must create their own Agentic sub-accounts and transfer assets intended for AI agent use into these accounts.
