The biggest surprise today is that bitcoin:native is almost hitting $73,000. Honestly, I never expected Bitcoin to rise to this level in such a short time. My misjudgment led me to sell two batches of BTC bought at $63,000 when it hit $64,000. Although I made a profit in terms of gold standard, if I calculate all the earnings, it’s still not as much as if I had just held onto the BTC bought at $63,000. But I think that’s just how trading works—nobody knows what’s going to happen next. I don’t even have a clear idea of what caused this surge, let alone predict such a sharp price increase. It’s not just Bitcoin that’s rising; the U.S. stock market is actually dropping. That part I did expect, as the economic tensions between the U.S. and Iran have escalated, increasing the likelihood of inflation. What’s puzzling is that while the U.S. stock market is falling, Bitcoin is not only going against the trend but also rising significantly. I really can’t figure out the reason behind this. Sure, I’ve noticed that the recent buying power of spot ETFs is pretty strong, but the amount of BTC newly accumulated on exchanges has already hit its highest level this year. Even though I don’t fully understand it, I plan to keep doing dual-currency investments. After doing this for so long, I’ve realized that while dual-currency doesn’t earn as much as holding positions, if I were to buy on my own, would I have bought BTC at $63,000? The answer is probably no. It’s because I’ve been rotating and increasing my principal that I had enough chips to buy at $63,000. So my current plan is to continue doing dual-currency investments as long as Bitcoin stays below $70,000. If Bitcoin’s price exceeds $75,000, I’ll reassess the situation. The main issue is that I still haven’t figured out the reason driving Bitcoin’s rise. Without understanding the reason, I’m hesitant to make a move. After all, judging by the trading volume, it hasn’t exactly skyrocketed over the past two days. @Gate Crypto, U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, Korean stocks, gold, CFDs, prediction markets—all-in-one trading platform.
