Participating institutions in this round include MH Ventures, Amber Group, ArkStream Capital, 0G Foundation, Kirin Capital, CatcherVC, and New Oak International. The funds from this round will be used to further advance NeoSoul's development in intelligent trading products and AI economic infrastructure. This financing follows the launch of NeoTrade. NeoTrade is an intelligent trading workstation introduced by NeoSoul, allowing traders to configure AI trading agents that can independently make decisions and execute trades. AI is transitioning from assisting with analysis to independent execution. In the trading sector, the industry's focus is shifting to how to ensure fund security and control while maintaining agent autonomy. This round of financing brought together multiple investment institutions from the digital asset sector, Web3 infrastructure, decentralized AI, as well as Asian and North American markets. Among them, Kirin Capital, a key investor in this round, has long been rooted in the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian capital markets.
