Yesterday evening, I posted a tweet about shorting Yushu. Some of you might have seen it. But after thinking it over, the risk of shorting is too high. I was worried some people might get carried away and dive in recklessly, so I deleted it. I only opened a small starter position myself, just riding the hype. Planning to gradually short over 3-4 days, with a $2m short position. The reason is simple: pure trash. Look at the trend of new A-shares with over 5 billion circulation in the past month. Basically, they go up for at most 3 days, then they definitely drop. Except for ChangXin. ChangXin is way too unique. All other A-shares are trash, no doubt about it.
